Wildtree is located just off of FM 1488, east of 249 in Magnolia, Texas.
From Hwy 249: Exit FM 1486. Turn north (right if northbound, left if southbound) onto S FM 1486. After roughly 3.5 miles, turn left onto Wildtree Drive. Turn right onto Pinestraw Valley Way. The Shea Homes 40' sales office is on the right.
