The learner will acquire general mediation knowledge and techniques through training on the history of mediation, overview of Alternative Dispute Resolution legislation in Texas, conflict resolution & mediation theory and practice, mediation process and skills, learner self-awareness, communication skills, mediator ethics, and professional considerations of the practice. Please note: Registrant must have access to a personal computer with a working camera and microphone and must be physically present for the entire duration of the training. CLE, CEU, CPE, and PDC credit is available.
