Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar is uncorking a one-night-only event that pairs a five-course dinner with seven wines from Jayson Woodbridge and Hundred Acre Winery on Tuesday, Feb. 6. Hundred Acre wines are produced in Napa Valley and are known for their depth and intense flavors. Executive Chef Edelberto Gonçalves will prepare a beautifully orchestrated dinner to accompany these world-class wines. Seating is limited. Reception begins at 6:30 p.m. Hundred Acre wines have been awarded 100 points by noted wine critic Robert Parker 25 times. Seating is limited. Reservations can be made by phoning 281-801-4795, and a $25 credit card deposit per seat is required to secure the reservation. Cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to the event.
