Doug currently serves as Regional Director for SkillCloud HCM Solutions, based in Montgomery, Texas. He joined SkillCloud following more than 23 years as the founder and owner of HR Systems (HRS), an outsourced human resources consulting firm he established in February 2003.

During his tenure at HRS, Doug and his team provided comprehensive HR solutions to organizations across 23 states and three countries. Their services included recruiting, leadership training, compensation, safety, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.

Before founding HR Systems, Doug spent 22 years in corporate human resources, holding management and senior leadership positions with Cummins Engine, Becton Dickinson, ConAgra, and Werner Enterprises.
