Zac has taken multiple home energy concepts from startup phase to >$100M in annual revenue, built teams from zero to 100s of team members, and had two exits where his companies were acquired for a collective value of >$550M. Zac has deep experience building and leading customer acquisition and customer experience functions targeting residential consumers and has amassed >1M consumer acquisitions via efforts he oversaw in his career. Additionally, Zac has developed a wide array of executive skills, including expertise in strategy, innovation, product, and financial models focused on recurring revenue services for consumers. Prior to his experience in home services, Zac held various positions in multifamily property management and restaurant/hospitality.
